Level codes for Reg. Version of Apogee's Doom
      Published in Computer Player Magazine Premier issue 1.1 June 1994.

      Startup Options -- Example C:\Doom>DOOM -NOMONSTERS

      1. -NOMONSTERS allows you to play with no monsters in the game.
          This mode is especially good for playing against a friend during
          modem or network play. (Requires version 1.2 or greater)

      2. -RESPAWN tells Doom your're ready for night of your life - 
          Monsters regenerate eight seconds after you kill them! This mode 
          is identical to the "Nightmare" Level setting in version 1.2 
          (Requires version 1.2 or greater)

      3. -DEVPARM -RECORD <filename> records your game under the specified
          filename until you complete the level or die

      4. -DEVPARM -File <filename>.LMP plays back a recorded demo
